Michael Mann vs The Sun

Yeah, I know a judge refused to dismiss his lawsuit yesterday, but something else happened yesterday that may give Michael "One-Yamal-Tree, UpsideDown-Tinjander Series" Mann pause (heh, see what I did there?).
What is that, you may ask? Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled that records sought in the Jerry Sandusky scandal and withheld should have been turned over. What university did he work at again...? Ah, that's right, Penn State--where Michael has been hiding the decline since he fled Virginia.
