Humpday Hawtness: Sommeliess


Hmm, a beaujolais...a claret? No, I'm feeling an aggressive burgundy with some cherry notes and a hint of brush burn.

A young red, not yet full bodied but strong. Light, sweet notes with a powerful finish. Serve with prime rib Au ju, wild game or with nothing at all.

I'm seeing a Sangiovese - peppery, with just the hint of the memory of cherries.
