Send her a visa, quick! What a shit hole city she's living in. Access to the apartments across the street is by pirate planks; no stairs left. Her balcony is held together with old pipe and zip ties. It's a rusty POS, but still serves as a laundry line since they don't have a clothes drier. The stucco is falling off her building. Her coffee cup is empty, and they're out of cigarettes. Only 6 cars on the street where hundreds of apartments are. I wonder which Shitholistan Eastern Bloc Worker's Paradise this pic is from?
