Okay, try and follow this, if you can. Yesterday, after Guardian thermageddon monger Suzanne Goldberg claimed the Antarctic ice is in total collapse, Andrew Revkin--yeah, the NYT's resident ClimateClown--called her out for her moronosity. Yeah, it was mildly amusing to see the NYT chastise the Guardian for being the bastion of ecoloonery the Times strives to be.
But then it got better, Today, the Times published it's own front page hysteria about the collapse of the Antarctic based on the same AGU press release--and even using the same headline: "Melting of Antarctic Ice is called unstoppable." apparently, they didn't check with Andy.
Oh, but that's not the punchline. It had already been delivered in The Australian:
