Like lite beer or decaf coffee, I'd call that a "why bother?"
She needs to lay off the crack.
She looks like the female equivalent to Homo Erection from the other post down below... (Not that I wouldn't hit it like a starving Somali pirate at an all-you-can-eat falafel buffet.)
