Exactly 10 minutes later, it showed up again again.
I assume the sender spotted a shiny thing or got involved in cleaning the keyboard...and screen...and telephone receiver...and coffee cup...and oh, and just look at that coffee maker. Where's the vinegar? What? Oh, well I'll have to run down to the store then...
