This could be Epic. James "Dr. Venus" Hansen, whose projections of Thermageddon were so laughably wrong he spent the last several years corrupting the US temperature record to manufacture some congruence, is retiring from NASA this week.
(R)etirement will allow Dr. Hansen to press his cause in court. He plans to take a more active role in lawsuits challenging the federal and state governments over their failure to limit emissions, for instance, as well as in fighting the development in Canada of a particularly dirty form of oil extracted from tar sands.

I'm dubious about these "lawsuits." Something tells me that CockHolder or some regime vermin in the EPA will "settle out of court" for ungodly sums. Since the DOE loan guarantee scam has been thoroughly exposed, this might be a new way to grease "green movement" Dem cronies at the taxpayers' expense.
