Yesterday, that remark was shown to be more than just another example of my rapier-like wit. It was shown to be true...

Moreover, the stability of estimates for at least one of the two key structural model properties used is so poor that even were he able to rework the paper without the circularity--which appears to be impractical--it would very likely be impossible to draw meaningful conclusions. I think the authors have no scientifically-defensible choice but to withdraw the paper."

Yesterday was the best single day since I was exiled here to Blogger Siberia from WP in 2012.

No, No five-figure days yet. But then we haven't shut down the Bloggies like we did back then, nor has Catalina Robayo gone commando again--so, obviously no 40k days or 100k weeks yet either. Nor have I garnered the attention of giants like Jerry Pournelle again either...yet.
